in honor of education...

My life has been a bit busy as of late, an understatement? yes.

19 credits, work, and a strong desire to exercise more, or at all (if i have the time) is what my life consists of right now. I'm not asking for pity just justification in my blog absence.

BUT...

I'm taking a class and one of the assignments is to post on a personal blog so.... here I am. The post, unfortunately for you, won't be about the unmagical life that I'm living right now but instead will be about some really interesting teaching blogs that I found.

http://teachersteachingteachers.org/

a blog that is compiled by mostly 2 people. They collaborate their communications and discussions with other teachers and post on this blog to help teachers develop their classrooms in leadership and give more knowledge regarding online programs to help students and teachers more fully incorporate blogs, podcasts, etc. into their classrooms.

http://nyceducator.com/ funny.

the writer is a bit cynical (but funny) and brings up some good points about the problems and frustrations in education now days while taking a jab at politicians...ooohhh delightful! They've won a couple of blog awards and overall I see it helping teachers be up to date on the latest education changes

this is a wonderful blog that a sixth grade teacher made. I like it cause it's simple and easy. If I was ever to make a blog for my class I would pattern it after this one. Although, I would make it a bit more colorful and fun to look at but color is just my preference

here are some wonderful sites that I've started following...love 'em!
